INSURANCE INVESTIGATIONS

Unfortunately, one of the most common types of insurance fraud consists of a false or exaggerated claim. The common method is to inflate losses or injuries incurred in an incident for which insurance cover is held, or to take out insurance with the view to deliberately destroying the property so that compensation can be obtained.
It is often the case that the claim may appear genuine at the time and indeed the injuries or losses sustained have not been inflated. However, on examining the events surrounding the claim at the time, other factors can come into play, which often affect our client's liability. With the knowledge and expertise of our in-house investigation team, we are able to act quickly and effectively to investigate the possibility of fraudulent insurance claims. Evidence may be supported by full video and audio facilities where necessary.
